   I have been wanting to exercise but I have a few issues (nerve pain and migraines) what cause intense exercise an no go. I was looking for something that was beneficial and easy to use, but also could be low impact if needed and something that didn’t drain my budget. This Product is fulfilled my all those requirements.

   I had been going to physical therapy for shoulder bone spurs. I used this type of expender tube at therapy and really liked how easy it was to use compared to other resistance straps I have used in the past. Super easy and can be cut to a length that best works for your needs. My sessions are over and now I just self treat at home so having this resistance tube is great for my home routine. Definitely recommend.

   Awesome Expender tube set for resistance work at home. I got them to exercise at home since gyms are closed due to Covid. These are great bands and come in a small pouch and a book that shows different poses which is very helpful. I am looking forward to using them this year!

   The Set are sturdy and offer varying resistance levels. Just what i was looking for, but i do want the door anchor so i can perform specific shoulder rehab exercises. It’s part of the reason i bought this product.
