It is the first one I have purchased so I wanted something not too hard or soft. It's a perfect in between that forms to the body in just the right way. All of the texture on the roller feels great and works into tight muscles. I have lower back and hip issues and I use this after dancing or at the end of a long day and it releases a lot of the tension that builds up. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a beginners roller that will still get leave you feeling unwound and relaxed.

I LOVE this roller. I have been using it for about 2 months and it still looks new. It is great to roll on but also good to lay on the length of it and stretch and work on shoulder range of motion and tension.

OMG!!!! This is amazing I didn't believe that this was gonna flip the whole story about my back pain I only received today and used it once, the product is so dense that helps the massage and opened my chest when I placed it under the upper side of my back. I highly recommend this product for not only exercise but fo those have back pain problem...♡♡♡ Love it love it

I've purchased a few rollers. The first one was too soft, the second had trigger points and was quite uncomfortable, but this fitness depot slimpro roller is one rock solid and best for my body, but everyone's body.

Actually great quality for the price. Finally found something to workout my piriformis. As a runner, it's hard to make time for stretching. This foam roller helps to get a deeper stretch/massage in a short amount of time. Highly recommend for anyone with lower back pain/hip pain, this is a miracle worker!

Great foam roller. I was debating which size to get because I wanted a foam roller large enough to use on my entire body but wanted to pay as little as possible. It's large enough to cover big areas such as your back and thighs, but small enough to easily store it in a closet or under your bed when not using it.

Pretty fantastic for everything below your neck. For lower back pain I love doing crunches with the roller in the mid-to-low back. It really releases tension there. Make sure you look up exercises targeting the areas you're working on. A good tool is nothing without knowing how to use it.
