Pretty fantastic for everything below your neck. For lower back pain I love doing crunches with the roller in the mid-to-low back. It really releases tension there. Make sure you look up exercises targeting the areas you’re working on. A good tool is nothing without knowing how to use it.

Great foam roller. I was debating which size to get because I wanted a foam roller large enough to use on my entire body but wanted to pay as little as possible. It’s large enough to cover big areas such as your back and thighs, but small enough to easily store it in a closet or under your bed when not using it.
