I had been going to physical therapy for shoulder bone spurs. I used this type of expender tube at therapy and really liked how easy it was to use compared to other resistance straps I have used in the past. Super easy and can be cut to a length that best works for your needs. My sessions are over and now I just self treat at home so having this resistance tube is great for my home routine. Definitely recommend.

Awesome Expender tube set for resistance work at home. I got them to exercise at home since gyms are closed due to Covid. These are great bands and come in a small pouch and a book that shows different poses which is very helpful. I am looking forward to using them this year!
