These are awesome we currently aren't using ours as a workout mat but we are using it as a play room floor protector and its awesome. The kids love the squishy floor under their feet!

These COMPLETELY changed my home gym. As a busy Personal Trainer my floors take some major damage.... these fit my space perfectly (and are easily trimmed if need be, just use scissors!) and my clients love how sturdy yet soft the floors are!
