The Adjustable Bench 1203L is one of our many benches that acheives the perfect combination between affordability and quality. At its lowest setting, it can hold up to 150 KGS and still remains sturdy thanks to the durable steel tubing. The higher settings may not live up to this strength but they provide a more comfortable experience for doing exercises such as chest presses or bench press lifts.
