Great rope, handles have good grip and don’t seem like they will break down fast. I wish I had ordered the smallest rope. I’m a fairly fit female but new to battle ropes and the shorter ones would have been best for me. Great for Home workout.

These exercise ropes are amazing. They are exactly what I was looking for. I seen these types of ropes at a gym and wanted to get myself a pair as they are a good way to exercise quickly without the need of weights. You have to brake them in as they are stiff when you first get them but man this is a great exercise tool. Definitely would recommend

What a great product!! Heavier than I thought it would be. I would recommend putting a rubber mat under it to prevent wearing out the rope. If it is your first rope...take it easy...work your endurance up gradually. The whole family is using it now,! Arms were not sore after the first 5 minute run. My wife noticed that her left arm was not as strong as right....so her goal is to get them both toned and stronger. Great buy...good shipping...highly recommend.
